Thanks to wish lists and plenty of hints, there isn't a lot of wiggle room when it comes to gifts and presents, but Christmas cards offer plenty of opportunity for creativity to abound.   With all of the attention placed on the great presents and special treats, it often seems like Christmas cards can often go overlooked or quickly discarded.   We can all still recall our favorite stocking stuffers from holidays gone by, and a personal favorite of mine was actually invisible ink, a surprisingly simple gift capable of providing hours of fun marveling over the mystery of it all.   If you incorporate invisible ink into your Christmas cards this year, your card will definitely not be forgotten.

So why should you consider making a homemade invisible ink Christmas card? Put yourself in the place of a curious little boy or girl in your life for a second. From their perspective, don't you think Christmas cards would be a lot more interesting and memorable if there were a "secret" message encoded in invisible ink that only they could read? Better yet, what if your holiday card contained a map or a list of clues that would help them find a hidden “treasure” tucked away only for them? Invisible ink Christmas cards offer a lot of fun possibilities.
